Hello, My name is Caren. My love of cooking and being in the kitchen started around the age of 10. As a young girl, I loved cooking along side my Italian grandmother, right here in Arizona!! I watched, listened, got my hands working, and learned how to cook. My Nana, as we called her, didn't know how to make a SMALL meal! Everything she made was BIG. We always joked, "Nana's cooking for an army!" 

I began to appreciate the art of cooking and really started to give it a try on my own when I took an elective course in high school, home economics. I had to make a meal for my family, and Ioved it! After that experience I began cooking more and more. Once I moved into my first apartment, and was on my own, I began experimenting and hosting friends for meals. 

Aside from the lessons from my Nana, I am a self-taught cook. I have always enjoyed cooking for my family, friends, and co-workers. 

Over the years I have meal planned and cooked for private families, as well as for private parties and events. In February of 2021 I started Nosh Box providing beautiful Charcuterie boxes and boards to the area. After countless friends and family told me to expand on that and make meals, I listened and here we are today. I am excited to be here, doing what I love, sharing my passion for cooking, serving you fresh, healthy, home cooked dishes.
